Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered (subject to availability) for:
Defective items
Incorrect items
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted items
Jewellery (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable
International Returns
For international orders, returns and exchanges are generally not offered due to logistics, shipping, and customs limitations. Customers are requested to review product details, size information, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
In the event that an item arrives defective or incorrect, the case will be reviewed and handled at Raza Adorne’s discretion in accordance with this Returns & Exchanges Policy. If an exchange or refund is approved, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued only in exceptional, verified cases.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.
Brand Discretion
Raza Adorne reserves the right to review each return or exchange request individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the case.
Where a defect or fulfillment error is verified, Raza Adorne may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, subject to product availability and the applicable terms of this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
The final resolution will be determined by Raza Adorne based on the nature and circumstances of the claim.
