Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered (subject to availability) for:
Defective items
Incorrect items
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted items
Jewellery (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable
International Returns
For international orders:
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
Duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable
